Section 8 in Tamil Nadu Legislator's Pension Rules, 1977
8. Date of Payment of pension.
- The pension sanctioned under these rules shall be payable from the date specified in the order and shall not be commuted for lump sum. The pension shall become due for payment only on expiry of the month to which it relates.
