Section 78(2) in Maharashtra Factories Rules, 1963
(2)There shall be displayed in the ambulance room or dispensary a notice giving the name, address and telephone number of the medical practitioner incharge. The name of the nearest hospital and its telephone number shall also be mentioned prominently in the said notice.
