Section 10(4) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules
(4)In every case where a symbol is assigned to a candidate under sub-rule (3) such candidate or his election agent shall forthwith be informed of the symbol so assigned and be supplied with a specimen thereof by the Election Officer.
