Section 11 in The Punjab Reclamation of Land Act, 1959
11. Bar of suits or legal proceedings.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be instituted against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.(2)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government for any damage caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
