81. Local Inquiries and Hearings.
- If the applicant has duly arranged for the publication of the notice of the intended application and the time for filing of the objection is over and after the applicant has furnished to the Commission the no objection, if any, required from the Central Government, the Commission may proceed to set the application for regular hearing.
