Section 14(g) in The West Bengal Industrial Infra-Structure Development Corporation Act, 1974
(g)(i)to construct factory sheds or buildings, including residential tenements, and allot such sheds or buildings to suitable persons in the industrial estates and the industrial areas established or developed by the Corporation;(ii)to modify or rescind such allotments, including the right and power to evict the allottees concerned on breach of any of the terms or conditions of such allotment;
