Section 267(1) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)The medical examination referred to in sub-clause (i) or sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of Rule 266 shall be carried out by a construction medical officer.
