Section 3 in The Orissa Civil Services (Fixation of Upper Age-Limit) Rules, 1989

The upper age limit prescribed for entry into Government service in Rule 2, above shall be relaxed, in case of the following categories of persons, to the extent mentioned against each, namely :| (a) | ScheduledCastes.............................................................. | 5 years |
