145. Use of computers.
(1)The Chairperson may issue such orders or directions as may be necessary for complying with the provisions of the relevant rules with the aid of the computer and for effective use of the computer facility as and when introduced.(2)Compliance with such orders or directions issued by the Chairperson from time to time shall be deemed to be due compliance of the provisions of the relevant rules. __________(1)Vide S.R.O. 6(E), dated 11th May, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Pt.
