Section 18 in Government of Rajasthan Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2010
18. Old Age Home.
- All old age homes in the State being run by the State Government or Non-Governmental Organisations with the help of any Government grant shall be liable to accommodate such senior citizens who seek help under the Act before the Tribunal if so ordered by the Tribunal The facilities shall be provided to they senior citizens on the same terms and conditions as are applicable to the other inmates in these homes. All the Tribunals shall have the authority to refer the applicants to these homes keeping in view their economic status.
