13. Application for return of impounded document.
- To remit the fees chargeable on an application made by a person to the Collector under sub- section 2 of the Section 42 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (II of 1899) for the return to that person, or to the Registration Officer who impounded it, of a document impounded and sent to the Collector by a Registration Officer.
