Section 10(2) in Inspector Class III, Prohibition and Excise, Competitive Examination Rules, 2012
(2)The candidate who is declared by the Board to be qualified for appearing at the main examination shall be required to submit an application in such form, within such time limit as may be prescribed by the Board alongwith such fees as may be fixed by the Board. Fees once paid shall not be refunded or held over for the subsequent examination.
