Section 8(1) in The M.P. Boiler Attendants' Rules, 1958
(1)A Board of Examiners shall be constituted for Madhya Pradesh in the town of Indore consisting of the Chief Inspector and Inspector nominated by the Chief Inspector and not less than two other members having theoretical and practical knowledge of prime-movers and modern boiler practice to be appointed by the State Government, from time to time.
