Section 46(2) in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
(2)All such documents and maps made for the purposes of sections 48 and 49 of the said Act, shall be deemed to be registered in accordance with the provisions of that Act:Provided that documents and maps relating to such plan shall be accessible to the public in the manner prescribed.
