Section 40(2) in Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 2000
(2)The land shall vest in the Market Committee on payment by the Market Committee of the compensation awarded under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 of 1894), or any other law for the time being in force and of all other charges incurred by the Jharkhand Government on account of the acquisition.
