Section 5(4) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System Act, 2000
(4)If, at an election held under sub-section (2) or (3), the President or the Members of the Managing Committee are not elected, fresh elections shall be held:Provided that the Project Authority may, for the reasons to be recorded in writing from time to time, postpone elections.
