77. Equality of Votes and drawing lots.
- If there is an equality of vote between any two or more candidates the [Returning Officer] [Substituted vide O.G.E. No. 1404 dated 12.9.2003.] shall after notice to the candidates concerned decide by drawing lots which candidate shall be declared to have been elected.
