365. Travelling and daily allowances to witnesses.
- Any person summoned as a witness in any case in the High Court shall be paid travelling and daily allowance on the same scale as in prescribed in the Rules in the Gujarat Payment by Government on Expenditure of Complainants and Witnesses (Attending Criminal Cases) Rules, 1978.
