105. Congizance of offences.
- No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act or any Rule or any Bye-laws made thereunder except on the complaint made by the Director or officer authorized in this behalf or by the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary of the Market Committee or any person duly authorized by the Market Committee in this behalf.Chapter-XII Control
