Section 4(2)(a) in The Rajasthan Ministers' (Travelling Allowances and Use and Maintenance of Conveyance) Rules, 1974

(a)for journey by Rail.-to actual single fare of First Class or Air Conditioned class where it is available including reservation charges paid to railway, if any. plus incidental charges at the rate of 4 paisa per km. in case of journey by rail in First class or [Air Conditioned class,] [Inserted by G.S.R. 19(24), dated 7-5-1976, Published in Rajasthan Government Gazette part 4-(c), dated 27-5-1976, page 162.] as the case may be, limited to the amount of one halting allowance for every period of 24 hours or fraction of 24 hours spent on actual travel by rail.
