303. Application of the Act to Municipalities in hill areas.
- Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, but subject to the proviso to sub-section (5) of section 1, the provisions of this Chapter shall apply only to the Municipalities in the hill areas and shall be construed to be in modification of, or to be supplementing, the other provisions of this Act in their application to such Municipalities.B.
