Section 10(e) in U.P. Non-Governmental Arabic and Persian Madarsa Recognition, Administration and Services Regulation, 2016
(e)The Committee of Management shall get the registration renewed under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and the constitution of the Madarsa shall be based on democratic right of Shia/Sunni muslim minority.
