(3)On the expiration of the period of supersession specified in the notification issued under sub-section (1), the State Government may—(a)extend the period of supersession by another six months with reasons to be recorded in writing and, the period of continuous supersession shall not exceed more than a year; or(b) reconstitute the Board in the manner provided in section 14.
