Section 54(3) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(3)In order to carry out the work of coding of answer books for HSSC Examination the Secretary shall appoint by name and designation the persons who shall act as-(a)The Coding Officer;(b)The Shuffling Officer;(c)The Coding Camp Custodian.
