Section 4(1) in The Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishment Rules, 1959
(1)On receipt of the statement and fees, the Inspector shall, on being satisfied about the correctness of the statement, register the establishment in appropriate part of the Register of establishment in Form No. 2 and shall issue a registration certificate in Form No. 3 of the employer of the Establishment.
