(2)(a)Director General shall constitute Two Assessment Committees as follows:I. For assessment for promotion of Scientist-B to Scientist-C, Scientist-C to Scientist-D and Scientist-D to Scientist-E;The Assessment Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-
