(2)The Registrar shall explain to every person depositing a Will that no steps will be taken by the Government to ascertain the date of the testator's death or to communicate with the beneficiaries after his death, and a note to that effect shall be made on the receipt above referred to.Note - A separate volume of the aforesaid receipt Book shall be maintained for this book and be prescribed permanently.
