Section 8(2) in The Delhi Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules, 2002
(2)Nothing in these rules shall be construed as depriving any person to 1 whom these rules apply, or any right of appeal which had accrued to him under the rules, notification or orders in force before the commencement of these rules.
