Section 10 in The Poisons (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1960
10. Purchase or possession of poisons by a Medical or Veterinary practitioner.
- Nothing contained in these rules shall apply to the purchase or possession of any poison required by a medical or veterinary practitioner for bona fide use in the exercise of his profession as such.
