Section 48(1) in Gujarat Elementary Education Rules, 2010
(1)No business shall be transacted and no proposition shall be discussed at any ordinary meeting unless it has been entered in the notice convening such meeting or, in the case of a special meeting, in the written request made for convening such meeting; Provided that the Chairman may, in his discretion, permit any business or proposition to be discussed which is of an urgent nature and which could not reasonably be entered in the notice:Provided further that such permission shall be refused in the case of a motion or proposition to modify or cancel any resolution within four months of the passing thereof.
