11. Components of annual charges.
- The annual charges shall consist of the following components, namely : -(a)Return on equity;(b)Interest on loan capital;(c)Depreciation;(d)Operation and maintenance expenses excluding human resource expenses;(e)Human resource expenses, A & G expenses; and(f)Interest on working capital;(g)Miscellaneous charges (other charges, if any)
