Section 1 in Assam Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Act, 2011
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)The Act may be called the Assam Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Act, 2011.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Assam.(3)It shall come into force at once.
