Section 19(3) in The West Bengal Primary Education Act, 1973
(3)The State Government may, in according the approval referred to in the proviso to sub-section (2), make such additions, alterations and modifications therein as it thinks fit:Provided that before making any such additions, alterations or modifications the State Government may, if it thinks fit, give the Board an opportunity to express its views thereon within such period as may be specified by the State Government.
