Section 89(2) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(2)When a Register Book is closed, a certificate, to that effect, signed by the registering officer shall be appended at the end of the written portion of the book and a further certificate, showing the number of pages written upon, shall be entered by the registering officer in his own hand on the top of the first page of the book.
