(2)A statement, in the Oriya language or any fees prescribed by the [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] for the use of such place, shall be put up in a conspicuous part thereof.Explanation. - A cart stand shall, for the purposes of this Act include a stand for carriage (including motor vehicle within the meaning of the Motor Vehicles Act IV of 1939 and animals.
