- Subject to such rules regulating the time, place and manner of payment, as the [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 38 of 1957.] may prescribe, such duty may be levied in such one or more ways as the [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 38 of 1957.] may be notification in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 38 of 1957.] direct.
