Section 29(2)(ii) in New Okhla Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 2010

(ii)Height of first basement above ground level will be maximum 1.5 mtrs below the roof slab. Where stilt or podium parking is permitted, the first basement roof will be leveled with the ground and the roof slab of the extended basement up to envelop line shall be designed for the fire tender load.
