Section 57(1) in Maharashtra Horticulture Development Corporation Act, 1984
(1)(i)Within any area of farm or estate taken up for development under section 15 or 16, the Corporation or its officers and agents; and(ii)for the purposes of (a) carrying water or electricity from a source of supply to or (b) constructing any drainS, channels, pathways for carrying smooth working of the activities of the farm or estate through any intervening plots, any person authorised in this behalf by the Corporation (hereinafter in this section referred to as "the authorised person"), may lay down, place, maintain, alter, remove or repair any water supply, or electricity lines, channels or other appliances or apparatus in, on, under, over, along or across any land in such areas.
