Section 16(d) in The Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003
(d)At the time of release of such juvenile, the valuable and other articles kept in safe custody and the money deposited in name of the juvenile shall be handed over to the parent or guardian, as the case may be, with an entry made in the register and signed by the Officer-in-Charge.
