Section 112(2) in Bombay Industrial Relations Act, 1946
(2)Any proceedings held by him for the purpose of obtaining information for such record shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding within the meaning of section 192 of the Indian Penal Code. (XIV of 1860.)
