37. General funds.
- The University shall have a general fund to which shall be credited,-(a)its income from fees, endowments and grants, if any;(b)contributions or grants from the Government on such conditions as may be imposed;(c)grants from the Central Government, the University Grants Commission, International Donor Agencies like the World Health Organisation, UNICEF, etc.
