                                                      ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue Provisional Degree Certificate to the petitioner for completion of her Ph.D. Programme and to accept her application and permit her to participate in the Convocation of the Respondent University, scheduled to be held on 30.11.2019.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the petitioner was permitted to participate in the Convocation and Convocation Certificate was also issued to her and therefore, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
