Section 8(6) in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
(6)Once the Quality Control Laboratory and Phytosanitary Certificate Issuing Laboratory certify that the saffron samples are as per the prescribed standards, the applicant/exporter shall be directed to pack, seal and label the saffron quantity to be exported under the provision of the Registration Authority in accordance with the Act and these rules.
