Service of notice is complete on respondent No. 1 but none has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to file the fresh particulars and to take fresh steps for the service of notice to respondent No. 2 despite opportunities.

On request of Ld. Counsel two weeks time, as last and final opportunity is given to do the needful, failing which the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders. List thereafter.
