42. Chairman of Meeting in Chapter III & IV.
- (i) Unless the context does not permit, the reference to "General Meeting" shall include a reference to a meeting of a class of shareholders, and(ii)the word "Chairman" means the "Chairman" of a meeting under regulation 48.
