Judgment / Order 14/06/2017 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners contending that after completing the nursing courses and training as required, the petitioners applied for their registration before the respondent Rajasthan Nursing Council and deposited requisite fees. Despite repeated conversations, the respondents are not acting in a bona fide manner and picking and choosing the candidates for giving registration in an arbitrary manner without explaining the reasons for not registering the petitioners till date. It is argued that the petitioners approached the respondent authorities concerned and requested for registration as nurse, but no action has been taken on their request. It is, therefore, prayed that the respondents be directed to give registration certificate of "nurse" to the petitioners.
Having regard to the facts aforesaid, writ petition is disposed off requiring the petitioners to approach Registrar, Rajasthan Nursing Council by way of filing representation along with copy of this order, who shall consider the request of the petitioners for registration and pass appropriate order thereon or otherwise decide their representation by passing reasoned order why they cannot be registered as nurse within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of representation.
Stay application stands disposed off.
