100. Ouster of jurisdiction of courts on disputes.
- No court other than criminal court for offences covered under Indian Penal Code or High Court and Supreme Court by way of writ shall have jurisdiction to entertain any application suit or application or other proceedings in respect of any dispute referred under Section 97 and 98.
