14. [ Delegation of powers. [Substituted by M.P. Act 25 of 1975.]
- The State Government may, by notification, direct that the powers exercisable by it under this Act other than the power to make rules shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, be exercisable also by an officer or authority subordinate to it.]
