Facts:
Appellant submitted RTI application dated 30 July 2012 before the CPIO, O/o Chief Engineer, Chandigarh seeking details regarding the electricity consumption by the Department in the year 201112 and other related information through multiple points.
2. Vide CPIO's Order dated 6 September 2012, Appellant was informed that the information need not be created and provided to the Appellant as per the provisions of the RTI Act.
3. Appellant preferred first Appeal to the First Appellate Authority.
4. Vide Order dated 7 November 2012, FAA upheld the CPIO's Order.
5. Being aggrieved and not being satisfied by the above response of the public authority, the appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission.
6. The matter was heard today. Both parties, as above, appeared in person and made submissions. CPIO submitted that previously information as sought by the appellant could not be furnished to him as the data for the financial year 201112 was under audit. Now the audit has been completed and the information can be furnished.

7. CPIO is directed to provide information to the appellant as sought under Point (i), (iii) and (iv).

8. In respect of point (ii) and (v), the CPIO will provide information regarding transmission and distribution losses including commercial losses.
9. Information to be provided within three weeks of receipt of the order.
