(2)A dentist may issue a formal announcement in the Press, one insertion per paper, regarding the following, (namely) : -(a)on starting practice ;(b)on change of type of practice ;(c)on changing address ;(d)on temporary absence from duty ;(e)on resumption to practice ;(f)on succeeding to another practice.
